Appointments

We recommend booking 3 weeks in advance for Pamper Packages. A deposit of 50% for services of $60.00 and over is required to confirm your appointment. Visa & Mastercard are accepted.

Cancellation

A minimum or 48 hours cancellation notice is required. If less, a fee of 50% of the service price will be charged to compensate for loss of time reserved for your appointment. This applies to all Pamper Packages and services $60.00 and over.

A discount of approximately 10% is given on the Special Pamper Packages. We regret, we cannot split the Packages, they are best enjoyed in full on the same day. Packages split over several days will be transferred to a cash value.

Facials and Body Treatments in the Packages can be substituted for one of your choice for an additional fee.

Haircuts/Up-Do's are not included with the packages, but can be arranged if desired, for an additional charge.

Please inform us at time of booking and upon arrival of any changes.
